Another minced meat dish this week,this one from Vietnam.
This also has woodyear mushroom, garlic,shallot,fish sauce (キクラゲ、ニンニク、エシャロット、ナンプラー)

I just haven't seen in tomatoes,so I gave a try,and it was tasty!

Thank you!at last I found a nice dish to go with the plate that I bought years ago,not normally I would go for the colourful ones,but I love this!This stuffing is used a lot in Vietnam cuisine,but I just haven't seen stuffed in a tomato,so I had a go with it,and I will surely make again! Thank you
