作り方

Wash, peel and clean all the vegetables.

Cut in small pieces the vegetables once clean, add the bread in pieces, put all the remaining ingredients to marinade, and leave it for 3 hours in the fridge.

Blend the ingredients with a hand blender or in a mixer, pass through a fine strainer and season as need it, to taste add more vinegar, sal or pepper if needed or water to make it soft.

Cut the remaining vegetables in small pieces and serve as garnish on the soup plates before serve the soup.
ポイント

The flavor changes once the mix is cold, and more day after days, control taste and rectifie if needed before serve it.
