Peanut Butter and Chocolate Covered Banansicles

yellow (not too ripe, just right) bananas

clean popsicle sticks

semi sweet chocolate chips

chopped nuts of choice (optional)
handful
chopped dried fruit (optional)

warm peanut butter (optional)
1-2 Tbsp per banana
sprinkles (optional)

cut bananas in 2, and stick them with popsicle sticks, so you have 4 "Popsicles." Place them on wax paper and pop in freezer for an hour or more.

(Skip this step if not using peanut butter) Warm peanut butter in microwave (about 30 sec to 45 sec) until can be used to spread easily on "bananasicles." Using a butter knife or frosting knife spread a thin layer of warm pub on banana. Place bananas back or wax paper and put back in frezzer.

using a double boiler, melt chocolate chips. be sure not to over heat the chocolate, or it will seize and seperate. If unfamiliar with double boiling, Google or YouTube it.

Dip peanutbutter covered "bananasicles" in melted chocolate one at a time, and roll in toppings, or sprinkle toppings. place back on wax paper and put in freezer immediately. Chocolate freezes quickly! can be enjoyed in 10 min or less!
