Bought too much mince pork for 生煎包,made this with what were available at home,shrimp paste,dried shiitake and dried squid.

It's very convenient and tasty,I often make this for simple dinner.
Shrimp paste is fermented,so hand made at home is not easy,and it's too pungent!
But you should be able to buy in Japan,look for Thai brands,quality is good.
It has a strong pungent smell when cooking,but you will be addicted to it's taste!
