Caribbean One Pot

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Basmati rice
1 mug
Creole spice
1 tablespoon
Ground ginger
1 teaspoon
Onion
1 chopped
Garlic
2-3 cloves
Tomato paste
1-2 teaspoons
Chopped chorizo
120 grams
Harissa paste
1 teaspoon
Yellow peppers
2 sliced
Button mushrooms
100 grams
Green/red chillies
1-2 chopped
King prawns (raw)
200 grams peeled and shelled
Ham stock
3/4 kettle boiling water
Chilli powder
1 teaspoon (optional)
Peppercorns
Small handful
作り方

Get stock ready (homemade better but 1 stock cube and 3/4 kettle water fine)

Add onions to a pan of heated olive oil stir and leave to sweat for 5 mins on a low heat

Add creole, ginger, tomato paste, Harissa, small handful of peppercorns and ginger. Mix well and leave for a few mins.

Add chorizo and stir in. Add the rice, mix and leave for 5mins.

Add stock little by little very few mins and turn heat up to medium. Add the vegetables after the second ladle of stock.

Add the prawns five minutes before the end of cooking.

Serve up with a side of sour cream for those who prefer it less spicy.

First attempt at this turned out really well and it was quite spicy. Would be excellent with Indian naan bread!
