Breakfast in bed

I cut out the centre of the bread and used it as a mould for my mushroom omelette.

After the omelette was ready, I topped it up with tomatoes and herbs and pieced together the bread again (after toasting the cut-out piece).

This just instantly turned into a mess free sandwich ❤︎
