Add chicken liver and fresh tomato and cook till the liver looks brownish and no longer blood red.

Add tomato paste and bell-pepper to the mix and cook till the juices are gone and you have a creamy texture left (make sure the liver is thoroughly cooked).

Add salt and black pepper to taste and a little lemon juice.

(Optional step) Add a teaspoon of ketchup if you like a sweeter taste, just enough to get to a bit of sweetness and not too much otherwise the whole dish will just taste like ketchup!

Serve hot with some fresh herbs and bread on the side.
You can use this as a filling for wraps and sandwiches filled with some fresh herbs or as a appetiser or a side dish.
