Lard the beef by inserting a small psc of bacon or lard in to the meat, season it with mustard, sat, pepper. Then marinate the meat with chopped veges, vinegar and let it seat overnight in the fridge. Turn the meat occasionally.

Next day, remove the meat from marinade. Heat oil on the pan and fry the meat from the both side.

Add glass of water and add to the meat and slowly add all vegetables from the marinade. Season with some salt and pepper.

Cook it closed on medium heat for hour and a half. When the meat is done remove it from the pan and smashed the vegetables. Then add the sour cream and bring it all to boil. If needed add a little bit of milk.

Serve the meat with the sauce, with the dumplings and decorate it with a slice of lemon and cranberry sauce.
