Kao Mok Gai is a well known Thai-Muslim chicken rice.

材料・調味料 (8 人分)
作り方

- Marinate chicken with one small pack of Kao Mok Gai seasoning mix for about 20 minutes.
- 2
- Wash rice and add water and one small pack of Kao Mok Gai seasoning mix then set to the position in rice cooker.
- 3
- Put chicken into microwave for 3-5 minutes to precook chicken a bit.
- 4
- Put chicken into rice cooker to cook rice and chicken together.
- 5
- Relax and wait ^^
ポイント
Serve with slice cucumber or vinegared cucumber and sprinkle with fried onion.
