ほうじ茶 is so good made into soft jelly,I am not familiar with the gelatins I use,I think it could go even softer next time!
I know it's a popular item at 中村藤吉,I need to make for myself.You are right,ほうじ茶 goes well with milk,it will definitely be delicious served with cream!

Thanks Makiko,I took the idea from 中村藤吉,they have this item in the menu,白玉団子is essential to make this complete,I have to make them!

I know you big love jelly too,even better with houjicha,right?Also red bean paste and 团子,I spoiled myself with this one!Thanks to you for bringing me to 中村藤吉,I got interested at all the tea sweets there.Actually they opened a shop in HK,I once bought a take away cup matcha dessert,but I saw they have houjicha one too,I thought I should try making it.
But I know you could make this in your sleep!
I get it you are not much interested at ramen,but let me talk a little,I rarely see curry tsukemen in Tokyo,so I guess it's a Kyoto thing(like curry udon),right?After tasting a good one,I thought I should try making too,and out of my expectation,mine went really well,may be some more fine tuning and I think it's as good as the shop(at least it could stop my craving temporary...)!Curry udon really is simpler than all those dare which are made with pork bone and chicken bone,less time too.Thanks for listening!
