Broccoli Cream Soup topped with blue cheese;)

Butter

Chopped onion
1/2cup
Broccoli, boiled cut into pieces
300g
Chicken soup
3cups
Butter
1tbs
Flour
2tbs
Warm milk
1cup
Salt
1 1/2tsp
Black pepper
1/8tsp
Nutmeg
1/16tsp
Hot sauce
5drops
Worcestershire sauce
1tsp
Heavy cream
2tbs
Blue Cheese (Any)

作り方

In a pot place the 2tbs of butter to melt, add the onion, cook for a minute, add the broccoli cook for 1 minute, add the bouillon and cook for 15 minutes. Then, poured everything in a blender and grind it, then put aside.

In a pot place the remaining a tbs of butter and melt it, add the flour and stir to make a paste, add milk and cook until thickened for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the blended broccoli to the pot and stir well, add salt, pepper, nutmeg, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce and cook for 5minutes, add the cream and cook for 3minutes, add blue cheese on top before serving.
