Pumpkin butterscotch pecan cake

レシピ
材料・調味料
1 box of white cake mix
1 box of butterscotch instant pudding
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
1 cup of.pumpkin
1/4 cup if water
1/4 cup of canola oil
1/2 cup of pumpkin pie pecans chopped in food processor
作り方

Heat oven to 250

Spray bunt pan

Add all ingredients in mixing bowel beat on high for 3 mins

Bake for 1 hour and 50 mins
Let stand in bunt pan for 15 mins then flip out

I made a cream cheese glaze*(see below) to go on top and added some of the left over pecans

*beat 4 Oz of room temperate cream cheese with 2 teaspoons of vanilla and 3 to 4 teaspoons of milk until creamy May have to add more,milk

Test before taking out of oven do not over cook
