Chop the onion, cut the paprika and fry them on the oil for 5min. Add the mince meat and cook it a bit. Add the tomato, season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Slice the potato in the round shape 0.3cm and aubergine on a long shape. Oil the pan and put one layer of potato, salt it, put one layer of meat sauce. Repeat the operation one more time.

And the last layer with aubergine. Bake the Musaka in preheated oven in 190C for 30min.

Mix the eggs with milk and pour it over the musaka. Bake it for another 10min.
