how to prepare eggplant too,grill them black and peel.Sprinkle 粉山椒too if you like.Please try this sometime,it's great combo I promise you,and you will make this again and again!

Hi Miki San,I am not surprise,it's a little hard to find in Japan,even if you could,it might not be the same,the ones I get here is imported,and a had a strong earthy aroma,and I think Japanese ones are weaker.And I really can't think of any substitution that could match it too,it's has a special f

flavour,may be,just may be,くわい,but let me try it first,and I let you know.I am sorry I couldn't help much with this...

I wanted to make it and , to see the recipe that yukarisan made, heard it to Rick. I said that it might not be yet in season. Because an older sister went to the net when a jerusalem artichoke was effective against treatment for a terminal cancer,

I wanted to feed it it and heard it, I just left the hospital and ate rice gruel and thought that it was just right yesterday! I go to the farmhouse direct product market and look for it.
