- 3 large grade A eggs ¼ cup Fresh to Market whole milk 2 oz. bay scallops 3 oysters, shucked 1 tablespoon butter 2 oz. bay shrimp 2 oz. crab meat salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat oven to 425° F. Whisk together eggs and milk and set aside. In a small non-stick sauté pan, sauté scallops and oysters lightly using half of the butter and set aside. Heat remaining butter in small non-stick saute pan over medium-high heat, then add egg mixture. When eggs begin to set, add remaining ingredients and place into oven for 3 - 4 minutes until fluffy and golden. Serve immediately.
