Lemon thyme crispy skin roast chicken

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
1 whole chicken
1 lemon
Thyme
Butter
1 tbsp
Salt and pepper
作り方

Wash chicken outside and inside the cavity

Pat dry inside and out with paper towels

Season the cavity of the chicken with salt and pepper

Put 5 sprigs of thyme and one whole lemon, quartered, inside the cavity of the chicken

Rub butter and extra thyme leaves (leaves of 4 stalks) under the skin of the chicken

Pepper and liberally salt the skin of the chicken and place in a baking dish
7
Bake for 1-1 1/2 hours on 180 degrees or until the juices run clear when pricked with a knife
