Tart: Mix butter(better heat it a little) and sugar till it gets whitish, then add egg and mix well. Add the flour and the almond powder, and mix very well. Put some butter on the surface of the tart mold. Spread the dough in the mold with 3mm thick and make small holes with a fork. Then keep it in the fridge for 1 hour. Heat the oven in advance at 180C and bake it in the over for about 25min. 縁が落ちてこないように、アルミホイルを短冊に切って被せて焼く。

Custard cream: Heat the milk up to 70-80C with a little bit of sugar. Mix the egg yolk with sugar until the colour becomes whitish, then add the flour and cornstarch and mix well. Add the warm milk bit by bit and mix well. After sieving it, cook with low heat until it becomes sticky and forming bubbles. Don't burn it. Add the butter and mix well, then cook it off.
