Thanks always!This is trying to imitate Yukari family's way of scraping pumpkin,I have been wanting to do for a long time,she said it's easier to eat,and it is!But now I know it's not easy,may be it's not the same method,I hope she could tell me!

I have been waiting for you to give me some comment for this,I am glad you approved,means a lot to me!Ever since I saw what you did to the peel of pumpkin,I just couldn't get it out of my head,the right season came and I thought of this.Sorry I didn't say clearly,I meant it was easier to eat like th
this,just like you said,but not easy to cut ,I used one of those lemon zester(?) that makes thicker strips,but still very hard to control,but I could recall yours were much neater,I didn't know you are a carving expert then,so this must be the simplest type of carving for you!

不客氣。這種 Lemon zester 我主要用來做甜點的。刮出的橙和檸檬皮然後反覆用糖水煮,製成candied orange/lemon ,食用或裝飾皆可。但因為甜糕點不是我的強項,所以一直很用。
