White chocolate pound cake

材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Self raising flour
175 g
Unsalted butter
175 g
Golden or white caster sugar
175 g
Free range eggs
3 eggs
Vanilla extrac
1 tsp
White chocolate
200 g
作り方

Mix butter and sugar until creamy

Add vanilla extract

Gradually add eggs with little flour

Add all the flour and mix well

Add chopped white chocolate. The batter is quite sticky

Bake 50-60mins or until the toothpick inserting come out clean in a 180c pre-heat oven
