Matcha Crepes

Eggs

Flour
1 cup
Sugar
1/2 cup
Milk
2 cups
Matcha powder
2tbsp
+ For matcha cream
Matcha powder
2 tbsp
Whipping cream
1 1/2cups
Icing sugar
1/2 cup
Hot milk
1/4 cup
作り方

Mix very well eggs, sugar, milk, flour and matcha powder to make crepes batter.

Heat a skillet pan , then add batter little by little to make crepes

This recipe can make 15 layers of crepes

Let the crepes cooling down while preparing the matcha cream

Add the matcha powder, icing sugar to the hot milk and mix well.

Whisk the whipping cream while adding the mixture above

Start to arrange one crepes , one thin layer of matcha cream until finish . Powdered matcha on top
