酢豚,the way I like it

Sweet and sour pork
I like the Cantonese version with pineapple and pepper,but I don't like the unpleasant overly-complicated and overly-sour sauce they put into it,so I came up with this version using the Japanese black vinegar and black sugar(黑酢,黑糖).
