1.)Pre Heat oven to 500 degrees 2.)Place 10" iron skillet in oven for 1hr 3.)Baste one side of ribeye with canola oil 4.)season generously with coarse sea salt and fresh ground coarse pepper 6.) turn steak over and repeat steps 3 & 4 7.)Let steak stand for 45min to reach room temperature. 8.)on stove burner heat separate iron skillet on high 9.)Place steak on skillet on burner for 30sec on each side 10.)Place steak on iron skillet in the oven for 2min and 30sec a side (medium rare) 11.)Take steak out of oven, squeeze on lemon juice and let stand for five minutes. 12.)Serve and enjoy
