鍋燒小洋芋 咸疍苦瓜 涼伴海帶絲

Veggie meal-saute new potato,recipe from my favourite blogger,simply simmer til tender,then pressed flat and pan fried.also bitter gourd with salt egg;shredded seaweed with vinegar.

Nothing makes me happier than cooking with some good music on,tonight I am was listening to Caetano Veloso,reminded by Tayuko San I have this great singer in my collection.

I thought it was chicken at first and as I looked in to.......The picture ????? And finally discover that they are potatoes. I always wished I could have a piece ;-) of all the dishes you've made!

To: Tayuko , oh,you always make me so happy,and I wish I could give you one!This is Shanghai style,but I know there is a French version prepared very similar to this,using cream and chicken stock,and fried in a cast iron pan.Will try that soon.
