Pecorino Romano, grated

Canned tomatoes

Cook the pasta in a large pot. In a skillet, cook the garlic in the olive oil for about 3 minutes. Cut the pancetta, add to the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Poor in the juice of the canned tomatoes and let this simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the tomatoes. Combine the pasta and the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste, serve with Pecorino.
