🇫🇷Crêpe with mushroom and tarragon/きのことタラゴンのクレープ

I know French probably wouldn't eat crepes for dinner,but I am never home at lunch time and I want to try making this,this is my first crepe,I wish it is lighter and less chewy,need to try again,anyone has a good recipe?

It is the favorite smell of Estragon tarragon. Just bought a dried tarragon spice the other day, I still have not UP, the other day, I made Ahijo gizzard and mushrooms, of tarragon.
