Thank you Makiko!Just a straight forward dish with the most common ingredients,but it's good enough,the herbs are both for adding flavors and decoration,really make a difference to it,!I made this on my day off,I could mess around with the table setting a little,I enjoyed doing this a lot!

That's right,it's the unbeatable combination of Mediterranean dishes,I never get tired of it!This one has the right balance,also nutritious,and doesn't leave me hungry!Not a lot of skill required,only slightly tricky with my oven,because it's a gas oven,so there is no top heat when baking,I have to turn on the grill to finish,controlling the time is not easy,luckily swordfish is a fatty fish and doesn't go dry easily!
