I don't know this kinds of vegetable English name(冬瓜). so I checked in wiki. wiki answered this English name is "winter melon" . I think it is very funny. this vegetable doesn't looks like melon. this taste and shape are different with melon I think. by the way, this kind of meal is delicious for me
