vegetarian udon

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
pre-cooked udon noodles
2 packages
Eggs

soy sauce
3-4 tb/s
chicken broth
4-5 cups
Garlic powder
2 t/s
Spring onions sliced

作り方

Bring the chicken broth to a pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes to infuse the broth while you prepare the other ingredients.

Boiled the eggs. Add the noodles into the hot water and cook for two minutes.

Off the heat, gently stir in the soy sauce, garlic powder, mixed vegetable and the spring onions. Taste and add more soy sauce. Divide the soup between two bowls and eat immediately.
