for the base. wash sticky rice and soak for 30 mins in water. cook rice until done. for caramel topping. caramelize sugar and melt in coconut milk. add a hint of salt. continue stirring until the mixture thickens. preparation. prepare any square aluminum tray. put the cooked sticky rice at least half full. topped with the prepared caramel mixture. option to be baked in oven at mid heat for few mins just so the caramel topping became thicker and shiny. let cool and slice into squares. serve immediately.
