よく行く台湾料理屋さんで注文するんですが、お醤油じゃなくて、なんだかわからないんだけど💧これは、何をかけてますか?

That's right,it's a very special Taiwanese soy sauce,it's thick,dark sweet,nice strong soy flavour,and nothing to do with oyster sauce at all.They call it 醬油膏 or 油膏,it's suitable for many Taiwanese dishes,I love it too!If you couldn't find it for this dish,you could make some with best Japanese tamari soy sauce,and rock sugar,thicken with some starch too.
