Soak saffron in a little bit of water

Add egg, saffron water and enough thin yoghurt to form a soft dough.Knead until smooth

Roll out dough to a thickness off 1.25cm and cut into any shape that you desire. Place on a greased baking tray and brush with beaten egg to glaze tops
