Saute tomato for atleast 2 to 3 minutes. Let it cook then put in the onion and the garlic. Once browned, put the canned mushroom in the pan and stir fry for a few minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Then add the water.

Let it simmer and then put the broccoli and cook for about 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and put in plate then top with sesame seeds.
