Homemade vanilla cake.🎂

icing sugar

vanilla extract
2,3 drops
Oil

作り方

First, separate the egg yolk and white. Beat the egg white well with the help of electric beater then gradually add icing sugar into three parts and make meringue.Turn off the electric beater.

Add 2 or 3 drops of vanilla extract in the egg yolk. Then put this mixture into the meringue and mix thoroughly.Add flour in the mixture gradually with hand whisker.

Mix oil and milk into a separate bowl and then add into the mixture.Pour the mixture into greased mold and then baked in preheated oven at 170°C(338°F) for 30 minutes.
