Heljdopita;) Buckwheat pie;))

Dough: Buckwheat flour
100g
Integral wheat flour
200g
Eggs

Milk
1dl
Mineral water
3dl
Sunflower oil
1tbs
Filling: Kajmak
150g
White cheese
150g
Yoghurt
1dl
Eggs

作り方

The dough:
Whisk the eggs.
Add flour, milk, water and oil whisk well till you get a smooth mass.

Grease the pan with oil and bake thin pancakes.

In a bowl combine the ingredients for the filling.

Preheat the oven to 200C.

Layer the pancakes and spread som filling over. Repeat with the remaining pancakes finishing with the layer of filling.

Place in the oven and bake for 25min till the top gets golden.
