Taro is my favorite kind of root vegetable,it's like sati imo,but much bigger,and more aromatic. It's hard to say where this dish comes from,but I don't care,I just remember when I was small,my room mate used to be really good at making this,and still the best I have had up to date.
Sorry late reply,it's not curry and not spicy at all,actually the sauce is just ginger,chicken stock,coconut milk,seasonings and I put a few cloves in it too, but it's delicious.Thank you for resnap!

頗簡單的,香芋切件,下油鍋炸至微黃,雞肉切件用鹽和胡椒調味,也煎至微黃,不用熟透,拿起來。然後爆香薑片,紅蔥頭,放入鷄塊,香芋,加入鷄湯,椰奶,淡奶(エバミルク)鹽,胡椒粉,略煮一下,然後放進烤盤內,在烤箱用中火烤至香芋酥軟便可。沖繩沒有香芋的話,里芋也可代替的。我也不好意思,現在才回覆你!
