Baked chicken and taro with coconut milk

Taro is my favorite kind of root vegetable,it's like sati imo,but much bigger,and more aromatic.
It's hard to say where this dish comes from,but I don't care,I just remember when I was small,my room mate used to be really good at making this,and still the best I have had up to date.

Sorry late reply,it's not curry and not spicy at all,actually the sauce is just ginger,chicken stock,coconut milk,seasonings and I put a few cloves in it too, but it's delicious.Thank you for resnap!

真的有點像,只是材料有點不同,可以想像你做得一定好吃!
頗簡單的,香芋切件,下油鍋炸至微黃,雞肉切件用鹽和胡椒調味,也煎至微黃,不用熟透,拿起來。然後爆香薑片,紅蔥頭,放入鷄塊,香芋,加入鷄湯,椰奶,淡奶(エバミルク)鹽,胡椒粉,略煮一下,然後放進烤盤內,在烤箱用中火烤至香芋酥軟便可。沖繩沒有香芋的話,里芋也可代替的。我也不好意思,現在才回覆你!

Rick謝謝你!這幾天找時間來做😍椰奶已經買了,芋頭沖繩也有產!葡國雞只有在餐廳吃過,上網查了一下做法跟這道芋頭雞很相似呢!我先做這道椰奶芋頭雞,上次你UP上來我看了就很想吃😋
