To: noborionapple 這個本來是用來做蟹的,太好味的原故,試試用蝦做。蝦的話,背部開一刀(帶殼),去掉腸,剪鬚,腳等。黑椒原粒下鍋烘至發出香味,然後搗碎(重要:用pestle and mortar,或刀柄等硬物,一定要自己做,粗粒便好,不可太碎)一公斤的蝦大約用2-3tbs.蝦下油鍋炸至轉色,不用全熟。去掉油,只剩一點,下薑蓉蒜蓉,黑椒,下牛油ar2tbs,下𧐢油,醬油,鹽,糖,下蝦,炒一炒,灒些酒便成!Enjoy!
