Don't know how they do it so delicious,just a piece of tofu on rice,and I have been missing it so much ever since I had it.The place I had the original one is called お多幸本店,and this is one famous bowl of rice.I saw Makiko San's post of the original,and I have tried making just to stop thinking about
it,but of course mine didn't help,I guess it's worth flying to Tokyo to have this!
At the back is 青椒牛肉絲.

Aww,you are always welcome!And the feeling is mutual,you seems to make what I want to eat all the time!But it's just a silly imitation,and it makes me want the original even more!The tofu,although a better quality piece,in my memory,it's still not as good as the original.The place serves oden too,so
I suspect they braise it in the same liquid,mine simply use,soy sauce,dashi,sake,the usual stuffs,I cook the rice with this liquid too,but have to say rice was quite delicious!You know,actually it's a good idea for you to try too,you have the knowledge to tell how this is done!Haha,there is no way I
could have tried all the tasty food in Tokyo,there are so many hidden jems,let's explore some more!

I cook an original tofu 丼!!
The oden is different in taste in the east and west of Japan! Because, in Kanto, in soy sauce base, Kansai, soup stock base, I are Kochi; Kansai system! Because the ご多幸 is Kanto, too; of the soy sauce base think that is strong.

I see...I heard about that too,but I don't follow this rule now,at the moment I think I live between Kanto and Kansai,I know I should pick side to cook more authentic Japanese,let me think about this...
