Cut lime in half and squeeze out juice. Be careful not to puncture the skin. With a pair of scissors cut and carefully turn the lime inside out and remove remaining skin. This process will take a while at first but will get easier

Make the jelly in accordance with instructions on the package. Place two cups of rice or salt in a plate. Spoon jelly into lime shells and nestle in the rice / salt to keep upright. Place in fridge until set

When completely set. Cut each lime in half with sharp nice. Do not seesaw back and forth as this will ruin the jelly. Decorate with sesame seeds. Complete!
