Salmon

Chives

Set oven to 350 degrees. Take the salmon and squeeze lemon juice on it, now add some olive oil and salt and pepper to it. I chopped up some chives and sprinkled them on top, but thats optional. Put the salmon on a sheet pan and place in the oven.

While the salmon is baking. Take a pot add 1 cup of quinoa and 2 cups of water. Put over a light fire slowly bringing it to a boil. After it has boiled turn of heat and you will see it is nice and fluffy.

Now in a pan add olive oil and sauté the spinach add salt and pepper to taste and also add in the golden raisins.
ポイント

Once plated I added some copped chives to the quinoa and lemon juice to the salmon.I like the taste of chives and I think it gives it more flavor. I did not add and salt to the quinoa since I had already seasoned the salmon and spinach.
