めはりずし

I heard about this even before I went to Wakoyama,and luckily I I had a little time to try real one while waiting for a bus,after a trip to 熊野古道 with Yukari.I have been trying to make these for such a long time,but it always had to make way for other things.
I put salted salmon in it,I don't know if
it's right,but I quite like it.

ですが普通の目はり寿司に比べてとても綺麗で豪華ですね。
豪華なめはり寿司ですねー😀私も三重県の南部に行くとよく食べますよー。でも名前の由来どおり食べるとき大きな口をあけると同時に目を見開いてしまうような大きくてシンプルなものですけどね😄

It's seems like a beautiful Mie prefecture is,I had a enjoyable trip at 熊野古道。I also know it from famous ceramics city 伊賀,since I am a ceramic liver,I need to visit sometime.Now I know the food is good there,I love this ずし so much,i am not familiar with it,but I did a little research,adding my imagin
imagination and made this,I hope it's authentic enough.😊

I was speechless when saw this pic! This brings back memories of our amusing trip!
It was rainy day,but we were feeling quite warm and comfortable when had rustic 蕎麦 and めはり寿司.it became one of my memorable food since then! We had many foods together,but I liked it most😋🎶
And now,you made gorgeous on
one! It's really good looking like a high ranked restaurant dishes! This kind of rustic foods, there is no authentic style. You can put any stuff inside as you like.(for example,mine are 塩昆布 or 鰹節ごはん) I am strongly in favor that you used salted salmon!
