I was speechless when saw this pic! This brings back memories of our amusing trip! It was rainy day,but we were feeling quite warm and comfortable when had rustic 蕎麦 and めはり寿司.it became one of my memorable food since then! We had many foods together,but I liked it most😋🎶 And now,you made gorgeous on
one! It's really good looking like a high ranked restaurant dishes! This kind of rustic foods, there is no authentic style. You can put any stuff inside as you like.(for example,mine are 塩昆布 or 鰹節ごはん) I am strongly in favor that you used salted salmon!
