Made with mentaiko and shiso.
It was love at first sight when I saw them last year,I decided to challenge it when spring comes again.The image was vague,but you could definitely tell there is sakura,and that's why I love about it.

Thank you Miffy San for this great idea,for one year I have been wanting to make it!
I see,you made it after you had these in sushi ya,I know it's no easy task,yours were so well made,I had to ask my friends if mine were good enough to show,like yours!
My first roll also was a failure,everything went wrong,I almost gave up.I got them better at last.
I think it doesn't have to be exactly the same,a vague image is better!
I am so happy you approved these,I am relieved.
The most important thing is that they are so good to eat!!
The snap I also try to imitate yours,your photos are always so attractive!
