Soak flower mushroom in hot water till soft. Drain and slice. Set aside.
Soak and wash pickled vege (Packet of Salty Choi Pou). Drain and set aside.
Add 3 big tbsp cooking oil, ginger slices and Yam cubes into hot pan. Then, add drained choi pou and mushrooms in. Stir fry till fragrant and add: a dash of white pepper 1 tbsp sesame oil 1/2tsp of sugar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tbsp of water
Stir and close lid to simmer till yam is slightly soft.
Serve with minced baby celery, birds eye chili and rice!
