Pan Fried Yam(Taro) with Pickled Vege and Flower Mushroom

Soak flower mushroom in hot water till soft. Drain and slice. Set aside.

Soak and wash pickled vege (Packet of Salty Choi Pou). Drain and set aside.

Add 3 big tbsp cooking oil, ginger slices and Yam cubes into hot pan. Then, add drained choi pou and mushrooms in. Stir fry till fragrant and add:
a dash of white pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2tsp of sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp of water

Stir and close lid to simmer till yam is slightly soft.

Serve with minced baby celery, birds eye chili and rice!
