レシピ
材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Pita bread
Whole pita
Sweet peppers
1/3 cup
Cucumbers
2 slices
Lettuce
1 1/2 to 2 cups
Hummus
1/4 cup or 4 tbsp
作り方

Cut up
2 small peppers (1/4 to 1/3 cup)
2 slices of cucumbers then sliced into four
lettuce (cut lettuce only if desired)

and place them in a bowl

Cut pita in half on a plate

Measure 4 tbsp of hummus (or 1/4 cup)
take a butter knife and spread 2 tbsp of hummus (or 1/8 of 1/4) into each pita half

Put in half of peppers, lettuce and cucumbers into each pita.
I suggest putting the peppers and cucumbers in first then the lettuce, it's less messy because they stick to the hummus.

*I sometimes add 1/4 cup grated cheese, but it's optional*
