Using my leftover 桜あん,sakura red bean paste.

日本はもうすっかり桜の季節は終わって、もうすぐ梅雨だけど。餡を作り置いていたのね。さすがリック。
ほんのりピンク色に見える👀
桜の香りがこちらまで届きそうです。
成形も美しく、中に空洞も無く、完璧なあんパンですね🌸

You are right,so is Hong Kong,entering rainy season,it has been raining non stop everyday!
I feel bad doing something not seasonal here,but I want to finish the sakura paste in the fridge,it came a long way from Japan,I couldn't waste it!But I really don't mind having this all year right,I love sakura flavored food too much.Thank you,glad you like this too!

I am surprised to find very little air hole in other bread too,I must have done it correctly,that was very lucky!But I did not put to much あん in each one,I sometimes find it just little sweet.Happy you like the plate too,it's one of Mr. Kojima's piece,his ceramic goes well with many things!

I got this Sakura paste in Japan to make Sakura mochi,I thought I could make bread with the leftover,it's out of season,but I could eat Sakura food whole year round!
If you also have leftover, please try too,I am sure you make delicious bread!
