How did you make this beet tartar salad? Did you marinade? Does not know much recipes using the beet, there are very interesting in this. because I am anemic lately, I'm eating beet :o
Actually calling this "tartar" because it looks like beef tartar served like this.It's simple to make,wrap beet in tin foil,with some salt ,pepper ,thyme ,then roast in oven 190°C,about 1 hr(or you could just boil in water),test with a skewer so it's soft inside ,cooled than chopped,mix in olive oil
,salt and pepper,and that's it.Cut it any way you like,and pair with other veggie,or pesto too.Please eat more beet,it's healthy and delicious!Take care,my friend!
