32 ounce Prime bone in Rib Eye dry aged for 70 days. marinated in a wet Jerk rub overnight. Cold smoked over Pimento wood for 2 hours and finished off over a hardwood fire. served with Coconut rice and fried Plantain chips.
cook to rare of course
