Pineapple chiffon cake

Egg yolk

Sugar
1/2 cup
Flour
1 cup
Baking powder
1.5 tsp
Salt
1/8 tsp
Cream of tar tar
1/8 tsp
Pineapple juice
1/3 cup
Pineapple
2 slice of 1/2 inch thick
Oil
1/4 cup

Blend Juice + pineapple into purée.

Sieved all dry ingredients except sugar into a large bowl.

Half portion of sugar + cream of tar tar, beat egg whites till peak forms

Beat Yolk+ the leftover sugar. Add egg yolk and pineapple purée and oil to the dry mix and blend till smooth

Fold in egg white

Place another slice of pineapple in the bottom of the pan. Fill the hole and the bottom of the container with a bit of sugar powder. Pour in the mix and bake at 165C for 40 mins or till ready.

Serve ur cake with whipped cream or caramel.
