お好み焼き 【 ステーキともち】

Flour

Fish stock
1.5 cup
Cabbage
1/4
Salt
1/8 tsp
Mochi thin slice
4 slice
Steak
8 slice
Mayo
Some
Brown sauce
Some
Dried seaweed slice
Some
Dried fish flakes
Some
作り方

Mix flour salt with stock till crumbs free

Sliced cabbage and add to the mix

Heat pan with oil spray. Cook steak till half done.

Heat pan again and pour in a thin layer of mix. Lay the mochi and steak and pour in another layer. Wait till the mix thicken. Turn over and fried till done and brown.

Draw with mayo and brown sauce. Sprinkle seaweed and dried fish.
