A lot of Chinese dim sum has bamboo shoot in the meat mix too,I just add more this time and use chicken instead of pork.I like the crunchy texture of this too.This snack goes well with Japanese wine!Thank you for the compliment!

made a Wafu tartar,adding nori in it,to eat with the meatball.And for the meatball,apart from the grated and chopped bamboo shoot,I also add the juice of the bamboo shoot in the mix too,to make it nice and moist,lovely fresh bamboo flavour too,I had great experience with this!Yes I recommend this to

Sorry,I almost missed this!Thanks you again!I should have mentioned earlier,but I thought that was nothing special,and I have made this before.Really simple this one, since I always have all those ingredients at home,mayo,海苔佃煮,some kind of pickles,mustard and you'll have a nice dipping sauce,please
