こと、七海ちゃんが以前作っていた白ネギの豆腐ソース作ったよ🎶
オリーブオイルでソテーして、豆腐と蜂蜜とオリーブオイルを混ぜたソースでいただきました♪これすっごく美味しい‼ 七海ちゃん美味しいお料理教えてくれてありがとう😭🙏💕
これはお酒にすごく合いそうだね🎶

あとは、ある日帰ったら玄関に置いてあった松茸です。いただきものです。で、黒酢鶏手羽、おろしハンバーグなど、2日間のメニューミックスでした🎶

この豆腐のソースすっごく美味しかったよ‼‼‼七海ちゃんのアドバイス通り柚子胡椒も少し入れたらまたまた美味しくなったよ♪ 焼いたネギが甘くなってソースにピッタリで作り置きしたいくらいやわぁ😋🎶🎶
豆腐のソースは他の料理にも色々使えそうだからまた絶対作るね😊😊
私、田舎に住んでるからご近所からの頂きもので、笠地蔵的な事件が勃発するんす😁💦松茸も今だに誰からのいただいたのか判明せず。。笑💦

私ねー毎年イブには枕元に大きな靴下吊り下げてるんですよ。ちゃんとクリスマスの朝にはプレゼントが入ってるんですよー♪欲しいもの家の中からお空に向かってサンタさん今年は〇〇を下さいいい子にしています。って大きな声で早くから言っておくんですけどね(笑)

Wow, so many good food here, but the chicken wings caught my eyes immediately,things that coated with sweet and tangy sauce and lots of sesame always do!I think this is the first time you post a chicken wings dish too,right?But I want to know what kind of leaves are those,I don't think I have seen

it,they look very pretty!
Such a simple but delicious looking dish,negi with tofu sauce,you always manage to make common vegetables dish and turn them into elegant dish with restaurant quality!
Such a shame,up to this day I still haven't had best quality matsutake.I brought home some mid price ones

from Tsukiji market,they weren't very impressive at all,I guess I have to spent more...

to buy 松茸 by crazy high price..

said,松茸 has only smelling, rather しめじ is most tasty one than anything.
If you have time,please look for 本しめじ at Tsukiji market.this is wild one of しめじ.i love this than 松茸💕
